Laurent Mydlarski

Laurent Mydlarski received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo (Waterloo, Canada) in 1993. In 1998, he obtained his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Since, he has been an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where he pursues his research on mixing in turbulent flows. He teaches courses in the area of thermofluids and, in 1999, won the Faculty of Engineering Alumni Award for Outstanding Teaching. He is also a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
